How do you ensure the perfect fit?
At Carmelo, one of our core principal values is that all of our products fit and look like an original part that came with your car.
All car mats are custom made to order using your vehicle information to ensure a perfect fit using our state of the art technology and manufacturer blueprints that we hold on file for each vehicle.
Carmelo car mats cover over 95% of your entire vehicle floorboard and offer a premium yet luxury look to any car.
We use 3d scanning techniques and special computerised cutting technology for the most accurate of finishes and no chance of human error.
Order stages explained
Step 1: Your Order has been received
Step 2: We check your order making sure we have all the correct details needed
Step 3: Your order is then cleared for production
Step 4: (The fun part). We start the design and creation of your custom Carmelo product
Step 5: Your order is then passed down to our internal quality control team for further checks and inspection
Step 6: If all checks are passed, packing commences and courier is booked for collection
Step 7: Parcel is handed to courier to be delivered directly to your door & your order is then marked as shipped on our system.
(You will receive an email with the relevant tracking details for you to follow the progress of your order shipment and track your order)
How do I install your car mats into my vehicle?
1. Remove your old car mats from the vehicle and give your car footwell a nice clean.
2. Start with the driver and passenger mats first and push your seats back so you have plenty of room.
3. Place your mats into its designated areas, they will fit just right in.
4. Lock your mats into place by using the built in clips underneath the mats. They slide in along the sides behind your vehicle trim hidden away.
We also ship velcro strips with your order but are not needed or necessary and is mainly to be used if parts of your car is damaged.
5. Thats all! Now repeat the same process with the rear mats and your good to go.

Do you make car mats for left or right hand drive cars?
Of course we do! As you select your vehicle information on the product page you will then be presented with the option to select left or right hand steering wheel.
Do you make your car mats for manual gear cars too?
Yes. You dont need to specify whether or not your car is an automatic or manual as it does not make a difference to the design and will fit for both. You can still mention this however in the extra notes box if you would like as you place your order.
I dont see my car model, does this mean that you cant Carmelo my vehicle?
If you cant find your specific car model on our product page, let us know! We’re always expanding our vehicle models production chain. I cant find my order confirmation email?
Please check the junk / spam of your inbox in case your confirmation email has ended up in there. What is the difference between your carpet and crystal car mats?
Our custom carpet car mats have our crystal car mats underneath. So essentially you are getting a 2 in 1 design. Two different styles of car mats for the price of 1. You can easily unlock and remove the carpet layer to only display the crystal layer car mats below. You can get super creative with this...For example depending on the occasion or the nature of your passengers you can adjust as you please.
Can I make changes to my order?
If we haven't already started processing your order then of course you can. Just drop us an email: [emailprotected]. Unfortunately, our support team aren’t able to amend the delivery address of your order once it’s been placed. We can cancel your order however and you are more than welcome to retry your order again with your correct updated address.
I have seen similar looking car mats and sites online are they affiliated with Carmelo?
The short answer is: No, and we're aware of these pages and fake websites.

Do I need to pay any custom fees?
No you dont 😀 All shipping fees and any other additional fees that might occur is included with our free worldwide shipping.
How do I change or update my shipping address
Unfortunately, our support team aren’t able to amend the delivery address of your order once it’s been placed. We can cancel your order however and you are welcome to place your order again with your updated address. If it's a small change to the address however we can do this for you
What if the sizing is incorrect for my car?
If for whatever reason should the measurements of your car mats or boot mats come incorrect, please contact us at: [emailprotected] rest assured we will have a look at this for you with the photographic evidence you provide and a full replacement will be sent out to you rectifying any of the problems that you mentioned.
